The dreadful T word. Teething. We all “awwww” over those cute little teeth coming in but cringe at the thought of what comes with it. Lucky for us Hudson has been a champion teether. Somehow we ended up with a child that started sleeping through the night as soon as his first two bottoms started coming in. And now with two tops poking through he is as calm as ever. Talk about strange! But hey… I’ll take it. I’ve had a lot of moms message me or comment asking what we do for teething so I thought I’d do a quick post about how we handle those not so calm and painful moments.
I am a sucker for wooden toys. So naturally we have a ton. These are a few of Hudson’s faves along with the famous Sophie the Giraffe.

We also give him frozen fruit in the Munchkin Fresh Food Feeder or a washed and peeled carrot stick to gnaw on. Both of those really seem to calm him down because the cool temp soothes his gums pretty quick. Plus the obvious hugs, kisses and cuddles.
